Repeat Prescriptions

blue pillsThe doctor may agree to you having long term medication on repeat prescription. Attached to your prescription is a re-order form with all your drugs listed and your computer number at the top. At the bottom of the form is the review date when your doctor next wants to check your medication. To order a repeat prescription please either post, fax or leave the form at reception, or telephone the appropriate telephone number quoting the details on the re-order form.

Please give us 48 hours notice of your request

Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you wish the prescription to be posted to you. Some chemists will collect the prescription at your request and deliver the items to you, please ask them for details.
