Our Practice Team of 8 Doctors, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 4 Practice Nurses, Managers, Receptionists, District Nurses, Health Visitors and Midwives provide a comprehensive Health Care Service for patients who live in postal areas Bradford 5, 6 and 7.
Anybody living in these areas will be most welcome to join the Practice and should initially contact either of the surgeries for further details. New patients joining will be invited to the surgery to complete the necessary forms and offered a "New Patient Health Check". This will help us to provide health care until the Medical Records are transferred.
We have two surgeries - one at Park Road (near St Luke's Hospital) and one on Buttershaw Lane (off Halifax Road). Patients may register and choose which surgery is most convenient for them to visit.
Both surgeries have a waiting area, a Reception desk, 5 Consulting Rooms, a Meeting Room and Offices. Both have ample car parking spaces available and have easy access for disabled patients.
The District Nurses and Health Visitors have an Office at Park Road.
